PET Strap Production Line Successfully Tested For Mexico Customer

Last week, we tested the PET strap Extrusion Production Line for our customers from Mexico.

The extruder we use for this line is SJ90/33, it's able to produce two straps at same time, the real capacity is around 180kg/h for the strap width of 15mm.

The complete line includes PET dehumidity machine, extrusion mold, water cooling trough, two stages stretch heating and calibration tank, embossing machine, cooling stress tight box and single disc winder.
